Covid 19 Information 

 

Despite the relaxation of Covid 19 regulations we are aware that the infection is still in circulation.

 

In order to protect the more vulnerable of our visitors and our team we would ask that you do not visit if you have tested positive for Covid or are experiencing symptoms. We would be happy to rearrange your visit at another time in the calendar year once you have recovered.

 

Please bear in mind the following during your stay:

 

• Please respect others and maintain a safe distance.

 

• We provide hand sanitiser at most touch points in the park please make use of the gel.

 

• We have a regular cleaning programme in the shared facilities, if you require them there are cleaning materials provided in the toilet/shower rooms. 

• ​

• On the premium pitches the ensuite facilities are thoroughly cleaned prior to your arrival. Septic tank friendly cleaning materials are provided for your use during your stay.

 

• We are continuing to operate a contactless check in, all payment is due prior to your arrival. We will email the gate code, your pitch allocation will be displayed on a white board by the gate.

 

• Once you have arrived we will visit you at the earliest opportunity. If you have any questions prior to that our contact details are displayed at the gate.
